Prepayment Policy:

 

In order to make a reservation at Surf Beach Apartmentsit is necessary that you prepay 30 % of the total amount of your stay via bank deposit.

 

Cancellation Policy:

​

  • No cancellation fee is charged for cancellations received 50 days or longer prior to the arrival date.

  • 30% of the total due will be charged for cancellations received 30-49 days prior to the arrival date.

  • 75% of the total due will be charged for cancellations received 15-29 days prior to the guests' arrival date.

  • For arrivals AFTER the normal date of arrival or in case of no show or DEPARTURE PRIOR TO THE NORMAL DATE OF DEPARTURE, the customer is charged 100% of total unused stay or remaining nights of the reservation.
